Annual General Meetings

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of norths Squash Club is held once a year, usually in February.

At the AGM the relevant committee members give a report on the activities of the squash club in the previous year.

The AGM is also the forum for members to raise any issues they wish to be considered by the squash club membership. In advance of the AGM, a notice will be sent to all members notifying them of the date of the AGM, asking for confirmation of attendance and calling for any motions that a member wishes to raise at the meeting. All motions received will be published in an agenda and distributed to all members prior to the AGM to allow all attendees to review and consider such motions.

Additionally at the AGM, all committee positions will be deemed vacant. All committee positions are voluntary and all members are encouraged to nominate for a position on the committee. The roles and responsibilities of the committee positions can be found on the Your Committee page. You may nominate yourself for a role prior to the AGM by using the form above.
